All of our children have access to Bug Club through the Active Learning website.  Through Bug Club children can access e-books and reading games.  ‘Live’ weekly guided reading sessions take place using these resources.  Your child’s logging details are printed inside their Reading Record.

If you have any trouble login onto Bug Club please contact us via admin@laindonpark.essex.sch.uk and we will be able to help.

There are now lots of other resources available for children to access reading books online during this time.

Many of the sites require you to sign up but they are free to access books once you have this.

The Oak Academy are offering the opportunity to have access to a different book each week.

This week it is The story of Tracy Beaker and alongside that you’ll find interviews and activities with Jacqueline Wilson.
